LAYBY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit We will require an initial deposit of 20% and then regular fortnightly payments of an agreed amount for a fixed period, generally no more than 8 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: Regular Fortnightly Payments are necessary to maintain the Layby Agreement.

Payment of the deposit will secure your layby. We require payment of the deposit within an hour of the Layby being agreed to. Items can sell very quickly and we need you to secure your purchase as soon as possible.

Fortnightly Payment will be by Bank Transfer upon receipt of invoice.

We encourage you to arrange a fortnightly bank transfer to easily manage your Layby.

During the course of the layby we will send reminders if payments have exceeded the fortnightly arrangements. If something unforeseen occurs that may prevent you from completing your purchase, or you require an extension at any time, please do contact us. We are happy to discuss alternate arrangements.

Cancellation, Late Payment, Non-Payment

Cancellation If you chose to cancel your layby we will retain the initial deposit as a cancellation fee and return to you the credit balance of payments received as a credit against your next purchase.

Late Payment If for any reason the layby is not completed within the period specified, payments have ceased and we have made every effort to contact you with no result, we reserve the right to retain the 20% deposit plus any layby payments received.

Non-Payment If you fail to make two consecutive scheduled payments and we have been unable to contact you we reserve the right to cancel your layby, return the item to stock and retain your deposit as cancellation or restocking fee.

Number of Laybys Accepted

Up to two items may be placed on hold at the same time, and each will require a 20% deposit to secure.

Release of Goods Layby items will not be released until the full purchase payment has been received.
